The Patek Philippe Annual Calendar, patented in 1996, was chosen "Watch of the Year" by the Swiss horological magazine Montres Passion.

The Ref. 5146P is Patek Philippe's platinum version of the Annual calendar. It features date, day of the week and month; moon phases and power reserve indication. It knows which month has 30 and 31 days: it automatically displays the correct date, month and day of the week.

The Patek Philippe 5146P has Sunburst ebony dial with gold applied hour markers and numerals. The Ref. 5146P comes on a aligator strap with fold-over clasp.The case diameter of the Ref. 5146P is a contemporary 39mm and is water resistant to 30mm.

The Patek Philippe5146P has a sapphire crystal case back to display the Caliber 315 S QA 24h self-winding movement which is powered by it's 21Kt gold central rotor. This exquisite movement is made up of 225 individual parts and has been awarded the Geneva Seal.
