The Patek Philippe Annual Calendar, patented in 1996, was chosen "Watch of the Year" by the Swiss horological magazine Montres Passion.

The Annual Calendar ref. 5146/1G in 18Kt white gold on the "wave" bracelet. The Ref. 5146/1G features the date, day of the week and month; moon phases and power reserve indication. It knows which month has 30 and 31 days: it automatically displays the correct date, month and day of the week.

The Patek Philippe 5146/1G is available in either a cream or slate colored dial with gold applied hour markers and numerals. The Patek Philippe 5146/1G Annual Calendar

comes in a case size of 39mm and is water resistant to 30 meters.

The ref. 5146/1G has a sapphire crystal case back which displays the Caliber 315 S QA 24h self-winding movement which is made up of 225 individual parts. This movement is powered by a 21Kt gold central rotor.
