Wonderful transaction. A Patek AD that is actually knowledgeable about their products, care about their clients, and totally trustworthy. Patek dealers like this are hard to find.
Harold Freeman Jewelers did everything right. Ron Freeman explained the various products and provided me guidance in choosing a perfect wedding present for my husband. He kept in contact with me while I was deciding on the watch, and was always available for any questions or concerns without being pushy. I would absolutely work with Ron and his company again!
The Nautilus 5711/1A was my second Patek purchase from Harold Freeman Jewelers. The transaction details proved to be as anticipated. My next Patek purchase will be from Freeman Jewelers; I’d highly recommend them to anyone as honest, competent and trustworthy.
I recently purchased a Patek Philippe from Harold Freeman Jewelers. Leading to the purchase, both Ron & Mark were very helpful and courteous. No pressure was applied in any way and I felt the transaction was smooth and comfortable. The watch was impeccable and Ron followed up the transaction after to make sure all was OK. Needless to say, I would recommend Harold Freeman Jewelers and would contact them first if I was interested in another fine watch as they are authorized dealers.
Working with Harold Freeman Jewelers was a pleasure. The transaction was seamless and they followed through just as they promised and in a timely fashion. Trustworthy and knowledgeable. I would do business with them again.
