Payment: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard & American Express) for within the USA and bank to bank wire transfers (all checks are subject to a ten day clearing period or bank verification). We do not accept credit cards on international orders (Payment by bank wire transfer only). In order to pay by credit card or bank wire, the following personal identifiers are mandatory: a valid driver’s license with picture ID.
Please note, we do not accept credit card payments from customers outside the USA. Payment by bank wire only.
Shipping: We ship via UPS Insured (one day or two day delivery) or USPS Registered Mail with a return receipt for orders within the USA.
Returns and Refunds: ALL WATCH SALES ARE FINAL. ALL OTHER ITEMS THAT ARE SOLD AT LIST PRICE (no discount) at Harold Freeman Jewelers can be returned within 7 days of receipt for refund MINUS ANY CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES. In order to receive a refund, you must call us to discuss the situation and obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. All items must be returned in the same fine condition they were received. ANY ITEMS DISCOUNTED IN PRICE, ON SALE OR SPECIAL ORDERED ARE NONREFUNDABLE/NONRETURNABLE. All SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS (items not in Harold Freeman Jewelers store inventory at time that customer places order) ARE NONREFUNDABLE/ NONRETURNABLE.
Items that have been altered (watches that have had the bracelet links removed or rearranged, rings that have been sized or stones removed from their mountings are just a few examples of being altered), scratched, dented, cracked or chipped cannot be returned for refund or credit. We ask that customers take extra care in handling watch straps. If a watch is returned and the strap shows wear and tear, a service charge up to the cost of replacement (at the discretion of Harold Freeman Jewelers) will be charged against the refund or credit to replace the worn strap.
